DAQ 7100 |
DAQ 7100 is a portable, ruggedized data acquisition and control system that provides connectivity, signal conditioning and modular I/O for variety of sensors or signals, and it is an ideal DAQ for field deployment.
The core of the DAQ 7100 is a CompactRIO, a Touch Panel Computer (TPC) and WinSoft LabVIEW DAQ software library. Despite its small foot print, 2 independent CPUs make this DAQ a robust and extremely fast: 1) The TPC CPU, which is designed for harsh industrial environments, is used for running the GUI. 2) the CompactRIO CPU/FPGA, is used for the data collection, computation and control. All the CompactRIO modules are available for variety of applications, including counter timer, pulse generation, CAN, engine control, motion and GPS time sync. Each unit comes with emergency stop button and USB/Ethernet ports that allow field deployment of software upgrades. |
DAQ 7200 |
The DAQ 7200 is a mini data acquisition system which provides access to your signals while the system is running. It is an ideal DAQ for R&D environment, as well as low quantity production, while maintaining a small foot print.
The core of this DAQ is an NI PXI Chassis, a built in breakout box (banana jacks) for most signals, ZIF connectors for connectivity to the DUT, general purpose thermocouples and TCP/IP ports. The user can configure which channels will be monitored, displayed and recorded. The signals can be sampled through the test point while being connected to the DUT for troubleshooting. The current configuration, includes a combination of Analog (single-ended and differential), Frequency, Discrete, LVDT, Thermocouples, Resistance, ARINCA429, CAN and video signals. |
DAQ 7300 |
The DAQ 7300 is an open-frame version of the The DAQ 7200. SCXI and PXI modules can be optimized for the best price/performance ratio. These modules have a direct access without a specific interface.

DAQ 7400 |
For production and R&D environment we designed the
DAQ 7400 which enables engineers to use an anti- static desk and variety of ITAs. A PXI chassis, rack-mount instruments and power supplies are mounted on the desktop pedestal providing easy access from both the front and the back. All signals are routed to the ITA receiver at the center of the desk. Different ITAs, with VPC connectivity, can be used with a variety of tests/parts, saving significant amount of investment. Highlights
Typical usage: Laboratory, depot and medium volume production DAQ and general testing. |
DAQ 7500 |
The DAQ 7500 targets the satellite industry for the environmental testing of spacecraft and satellite sub-systems in a thermal vacuum chamber. It can be used for any other thermal (vacuum) chamber that needs DAQ and control functionality. The DAQ 7500 records continuous data every few seconds over a period of a few months. It monitors 1,500+ temperature sensors plus 10,000 telemetry and command signals of various types; performs additional user-defined calculations; provides real-time control of 200+ heaters based on any of those temperature readings or user calculations; stores the acquired data and status information; and displays the results in a highly configurable GUI.
DAQ 7500 supports 200+ PID loops that run in parallel, while the operator uses 20 different windows with various graphical and image displays in real time. Several DAQ 7500 can run independently at the same facility (or remote location) while acquiring and sending data to a central database. Highlights
Typical usage: Thermal Vacuum Mil/Aero and satellite testing and control DAQ. |
